The West Lilling project involved comprehensive storm spill reduction works, including the installation of a 300mm surface water drain, manhole chambers, new road gullies, and the addition of concrete headwall chambers. The works were completed using open-cut pipe installation methods while ensuring minimal disruption to the local area.
An important aspect of the project was the careful reinstatement of a farmer’s yard and fence, maintaining the integrity of the surrounding land while completing the civil works efficiently.
“Everyone I have spoken to has said how polite and helpful your team have been on the project, whether it was querying plans or requiring access… Please could our thanks be passed onto all your members of the team involved in the project and also wish them a Happy Christmas and New Year.”
“We have been amazed at how friendly, helpful, tidy and considerate your team have been. They provided excellent communication of plans too and great liaison when we were the wrong side of a trench… I cannot imagine that there is a better team anywhere for this kind of job.”
“Having experience of construction and crews around the world, I am very pleased to see such a thoughtful, courteous, neat and productive team in England. An exemplary performance of which the Company should be proud.”
